Throughout each week on this page you will find daily fitness challenges which incorporate skills the children will have learnt in school and activities they can take part in at home.
And then, on Fridays, our workouts (led by Miss Kidman, Miss Tully and Miss Jones) are designed to get you feeling motivated, energised! By no means are we professionals, however, we are doing all we can to look after our mental health and get some endorphins following! We would love to see lots of you take part.
